QD double girder bridge crane is one of the most commonly used, common and popular traditional bridge cranes in recent years. It is mainly composed of two main beam, electric open trolley, end carriages, electrical equipment and other safety devices, etc. According to different working levels, it can be divided into multiple working levels from A3 to A7. Mechanism Parts

• Double girder, welding box beam, camber meet national standard;
• Adopt high quality carbon steel, Q235B or Q345B; (similar as Fe37 or Fe52);
• Main welding submerged are welded automaticly, nondestructive flaw detection
• The trolley is consisted with motor,reducer, brake, coupling, the wheel, drum

It is forbidden to use in flammable, explosive and highly corrosive environments. If it is equipped with a motor grab as a sling, it can load and unload and carry bulk materials. It is not suitable for working in an environment with explosion or fire hazards, nor in a place with high humidity or full of acid or alkali gas. It cannot be used to transport molten metals, toxic substances and flammable and explosive items.
