Explosion-proof Single Girder Overhead Crane

Manufacturing, installation, usage of explosion-proof overhead crane are all based on JB/T 10219;
It is a small crane with light lifting capacity, and matched with BCD electric anti-explosion hoist;
Explosion-proof grade is respectively Exd Ⅱ BT4 , Exd Ⅱ CT4;
Apply to the inside factories with the detonating ability not higher than Ⅱ B or Ⅱ C, and flammable mixture environment with the Ignites temperature classes of T1 ~ T4 group;
Applicable for dangerous area district 1 or 2 (see GB3836.1-2000);

All motors and electrical equipment explosion-proof performance meet the GB3836.2-2000 "explosion-proof electric equipment usage requirement ".

LB type Explosion-proof Single Girder Overhead Crane is based on LD type electric single beam crane. All motors and electrical parts adopt explosion-proof measures and are suitable for flammable and explosive places. The explosion-proof mark is ExdeibIICT4/DIP A21 TA, T4. It can be used in explosion-proof grade IIB, IIC and dust environment. It is widely used in factories, warehouses, material yards and other places of military industry, chemical industry, coal washing plant, pharmaceutical units, and can work in flammable, explosive and corrosive media environment.

LB type eExplosion-proof Single Girder Overhead Crane is a ground operation form. The whole machine is used with HB (BCD) and HBS (BMD) type explosion-proof electric hoists. The working level is A3-A4, the working environment is -25~40℃, and it has the characteristics of reasonable structure, beautiful appearance and strong explosion-proof performance.
