Overview

Mainly consists of bridge structure, lifting mechanism, crane traveling mechanism, electric equipment etc.

Explosion-proof performance of all motors and electrical equipments of QB type explosion-proof overhead cranes is in line with GB3836.2-2000 "for explosive gas atmospheres with explosion-proof electrical equipment-Part 2: Flameproof "d", and the whole performance is in line with provisions of the standards of explosion-proof bridge cranes JB/T5897-1991.

The proof marks are Exd Ⅱ BT4 and Exd Ⅱ CT4.

Applied to sites where explosion transfer capacity is not higher than the II B or II C-class, and the sites with explosive air mixture formed with inflammable gas (or steam) and air whose factory ignition temperature groups of not less than the T4 group.

The applicable hazardous area: 1 division or 2 division (refer to GB3836.1-2000).

Introduction

QB explosion-proof double-girder bridge crane is based on QD type double girder bridge crane. All motors and electrical parts adopt explosion-proof measures and are suitable for flammable and explosive places. The explosion-proof mark is ExdeibIICT4/DIP A21 TA, T4. It can be used in explosion-proof levels of IIB, IIC and dust environments. It is widely used in factories, warehouses, material yards and other places in military, chemical, coal washing plants, and pharmaceutical units. It can work in flammable, explosive and corrosive media environments.

QB explosion-proof double-girder bridge crane has ground operation and cab operation to choose from, working level A3-A4, working environment -25~40℃, with reasonable structure, beautiful appearance and strong explosion-proof performance.
