According to the needs and requirements of Russian steel mills, we have adopted high-strength Q345B steel, and the double-beam structure is welded with box-shaped steel, which has stable structure and good rigidity. At the same time, we chose advanced frequency conversion speed control technology, lifting and driving speed can be adjusted according to the actual demand, which improves the efficiency of the crane.
During the manufacturing process, we have conducted a number of strict inspections and tests, including material testing, weld seam detection, load testing, etc., to ensure the quality and performance of the crane. At the same time, we have incorporated multiple protection measures in the crane's control system, such as overload protection and limit protection, to guarantee the safety of the crane.
During the installation and commissioning stage of the crane, we dispatched a technical team to the Russian steel plant to take charge of the installation and commissioning of the crane and to train the operators of the steel plant. Through our efforts and the support of the steel plant, the 50-ton double girder hook crane was successfully customized and is playing an important role in the production of the steel plant.
