Recently, 2 sets of 10-ton single-girder overhead cranes were provided to Khalil ur Rehman, a customer in Pakistan. He is from an injection mold manufacturing factory. The customer used portable gantry cranes before, but due to frequent use, the efficiency was not high. With the gradual expansion of the production scale, the previously provided portable gantry cranes can no longer meet the production needs of his factory.
When Khalil approached us, he hoped that we could provide him with a faster and better solution. We learned that his workshop was fixed, but he could not install an overhead crane, and his frequency of use was too high for a portable gantry crane.

In the end, our chief engineer came up with the solution of using a steel structure and then installing an overhead crane.
After that we provide our solution, drawing and budget plan for the client. We have prepared two sets of low-configuration and high-configuration solutions for customers to choose from, and the final customer chose the high-configuration solution. He expressed a willingness to pay a little more for a better experience and longer durability.
